Using the service

Ringy AI Summaries is for adults using Ringy for their professional work. You are responsible for having permission to access, record, and process the conversations you submit, including required participant consent. Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Do not submit data if your legal, contractual, or professional obligations prohibit this processing.

AI notes

Transcriptions and summaries can contain mistakes, omit details, or confuse speakers. Review notes before relying on them. The service does not provide insurance, medical, financial, or legal advice. Ringy availability, recording access, network connections, and AI providers can affect processing. Chrome must remain open and the computer awake for the extension to discover calls and save notes.

Plans and payment

Everyday costs $19 USD per month for 600 minutes and up to 200 calls. Busy days costs $39 USD per month for 1,800 minutes and up to 600 calls. Prices include applicable tax. Allowance is limited by whichever cap is reached first, resets each period, and does not roll over. Previews count toward allowance. There are no automatic overage charges. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Eligible friends codes provide six calendar months of Everyday access with monthly allowance resets, subject to the available offer places and one offer per new account and Ringy key. No card is required and the offer does not automatically become a paid subscription. Contact support about billing mistakes or refund requests. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Account and data

Keep your sign-in codes and Ringy API key private. Our privacy policy explains data handling and deletion. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Abuse or attempts to bypass usage limits can result in access being restricted; contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
