back to your calls.
Email your account address, what you clicked, and the error you saw. Please leave out API keys, recordings, and client details.

- Use desktop Google Chrome on Mac or Windows. Install the published store version when available.
- Open Ringy and sign in in the same Chrome profile.
- Open the extension’s Settings. Sign in, connect your Ringy API key, choose a plan or apply your friends code, then Save & check connections.
- Click Test 1 call. The preview appears in Recent results; it uses allowance but saves nothing to Ringy.
- Click Run now when you are ready to save notes.
A call was skipped
Calls must be longer than 60 seconds, have a usable recording, and have a linked lead. Calls already completed are skipped. Fix missing links in Ringy and try again. A test keeps searching the selected range until it finds a qualifying recording or runs out of calls.
Billing or cancellation
Open Settings → Manage billing to view invoices, update payment details, or cancel renewal. Cancellation keeps paid access through the end of the paid period. A friends offer ends without an automatic charge. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel billing. For an incorrect charge or a refund request, email support with the invoice reference; do not send card numbers.
Delete your account
Email an account deletion request from your account email. We verify ownership and handle removal as described in our privacy policy. Notes already posted in Ringy or Sheets stay there until you remove them.
